Each temporary in Sargent's workforce is interviewed, tested and trained. We place hundreds of qualified employees each week, working thousands of hours, in a variety of jobs, including paraprofessional, medical and light industrial.

We work with our clients to decide what the temporary's duties would be, the work atmosphere involved, and what skills are required to do the job. Then we check our files for qualified workers, interview, test and check again to make sure we provide the best temporary for the job.

When a Sargent's Temporary Services employee walks in a client's door, we are confident that his/her performance will impress. If for any reason there is a problem, we will replace the first temporary free of charge.

We charge a set fee for our temporaries, but Sargent's pays all costs associated with the employee, such as payroll, taxes, and insurance fees.
